How do I reserve my date?
A signed agreement and 30% non-refundable retainer reserve portrait and event dates. Weddings require 35%.

When will I receive my work?
Portraits: 10–14 business days. Events: 7–10 business days. Brand work: 10–15 business days. Wedding photos: 6–8 weeks. Films: 8–12 weeks.
Do you travel?
Yes. The first 25 miles from Chicago are included. Beyond that, travel is $0.85 per mile plus parking and tolls. Destination work is quoted individually.
Do you deliver RAW or unedited files?
No. NorthVeil selects and edits the strongest work so your final gallery or film is consistent and complete. Limited commercial buyouts may be quoted by project.
Can I reschedule for weather?
One NorthVeil-confirmed weather reschedule is included. Client-requested changes within seven days may require a 15% rescheduling fee.
What usage rights are included?
Personal sessions include personal print rights. Brand and event work includes web and organic social use; paid ads, resale and third-party use require expanded licensing.
